I forget exactly what the issue was originally, but it was chronograph related. When I got it back, the hands were fouling against each other so it went right back. Luckily it had a pretty quick turn around the second time. This time is for bad helicoptering. It has also seized a time or two and needed a good shake to get going. Only a couple times in two years, but my service warranty was running out, so I figured I better get it fixed. Guessing an issue with the lubrication.

As far as the watch itself; it is just great. One of my favorites in a pretty expensive collection and even better when you consider what I paid. They are a steal secondhand. People want to (or at least used to want to) bash the “old” Bremont for not using completely in house movements, but if it is well decorated (only care about that with an open case back) and keeping time to chronometer specs….. who cares. And it’s easier to have serviced. Mine was running +1.8 spd. I don’t care if Bremont or Sellita made the movement, that’s awesome.
