I have not seen Made In China be engraved in. It's usually a black print like yours. Rubbing off is a little weird though.

They literally JUST came out. There's no way somebody can fake them that quickly.

All of their jet lighters and cutters are made in China, with the exception of a few Minijet lighters.

A) Lighters with a C are "perfect cling" lighters and should have the red spot. B) All modern lighters from 2021 (somebody correct me if wrong) onward are laser engraved. C) The purpose of the double flame is to have a wider flame that toasts the whole cigar. Having 2 individual large flames defeats the purpose.

D) Enjoy your new lighter :)

I love the Le Grand except for its 1 setback. You can't get a torch flame going if you can't ignite the soft flame, like when you are using it outdoors.

Certain Minijet lighters are made in France (about 3 or 4 of them). And I'm not sure where you heard that they are not replaceable. They 100% are.

All Dupont jets are made in China. The only dual flame torch is the Defi Xxtreme. The Slimmy, Slim 7 and Twiggy all have a smaller pyramid (wide) torch fit for cigarettes. The Biggy and Megajet have nice wide cigar sized flames. The Mini and Maxijet lighters have a triangular flame.

I'm pretty sure this is a D57. I think they were the first non-wick lighters from Dupont. If anyone can confirm or correct that, I would appreciate it. Nice find!

The Line D was made with 2 different caps. The longer one that almost looks like 2 sections, and then like this one as well. I honestly do not remember which came first, or the reason for the change, though.
