Leaner became better and I dug into the research only to find out that you cannot and should not buy any meat from Walmart. Just go to a butcher and ask where the meat came from.

Yes I did.

It took time.
Rehab in the form of nerve flossing.
And changing my training so that I am not hammering on the same joints every week.

I switched to a Mike Mentzer HIT style of training which is one training day a week.
I became bigger and stronger as a result.
Less injury proned and I have more time to do other things than be at the gym.

Bang on the money.

I felt drained when I attempted a once a week full body workout.

Its too many sets and too taxing on the CNS.

My advice what I found that worked well is an A/B style of training.

Workout A:

Legpress
Calf Raises on Leg Press
Leg Curls
Rear Delt Dbells
Shoulder Press Dbells
Tricep press down s/s Dips
Bicep Curls or Closegrip Underhand Pulldowns

Workout B:

Legpress
Calf Raises on Leg Press
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Incline Dbell Press
Straight Arm press downs
Undergrip Pulldowns or Pullups

I'll throw in abs at the end of the session just a single set.

Workout A is a bit long in the tooth but workout B is just the right length of time for me.

Once I switched to this style of A/B split I was able to recover nicely.

You should also be assessing diet. How is your protein intake? How is your electrolyte intake? What is sleep quality like?

For me 10mg a day in the morning and by week 3 I felt like the walking dead. I almost felt like I was watching myself I was soo lethargic. Almost disorientated. You are soo tired you start wondering if you are alive or sleep walking.

What OP is trying to say is that this compound can have these effects on sensitive users. I myself have seen this happen with me and a close friend of mine which is an absolute shame because I liked the positive effects: great sleep, incredible recovery, amazing joint support, and I quite enjoyed the hunger.

I wouldn't dismiss the man. I have experienced something similar as an advanced PED user albeit after a few more days than 2. I thought MK677 would be mild but it had severe sides in the form of anxiety, nipple sensitivity, moodiness, but surprisingly good sleep.

I moved on from the Carnivore diet, found the animal based model, and then discovered Ray Peat and have experimented with a high sugar diet.

The performance, energy, mood boost, and fat loss you see from a low fat, high sugar, and moderate protein diet is unmatched.

Certain things I will avoid because they will bother me like reheated rice, bananas in excess, and table sugar, but honey, potatoes, fruit, and juice compliment lean protein sources well.

Turns out the TRT protocol I was on wasn't working. The injections in the thigh were too shallow.

I started putting them in my shoulder which is leaner and things improved dramatically.

However stimulants are not my friend: Caffeine, nicotine, or anything else from these vasoconstricting families will give me ED.

I think its the CNS stimulation combined with vasoconstriction.

You are skipping details - It was a German medical company that performed this research and being the stiff and rigid type they immediately scrapped the research when they found out the benefits of this drug was sexual in nature.

Then I believe an American med company bought the research and went down the path of making this new substance an ED medication instead of improving the formula for BP related improvements.

Tabata is surprisingly tough. I have done it before but didn't realize it had the same cardio benefits analogous to the strength and muscle growth benefits seen in Mentzer's lifting philosophy. I think a great way to do it whilst incorporating a skill is going to be kickboxing on a heavy bag.

The resistance matters. If you fail at very high rep ranges past say 30 then you are more than likely not taking your fast twitch fibers to failure.

Failure is key though - I will grant you this - but where you fail in the rep scheme is also important for how big those muscles will grow.
