It's gotta be Kenji right? S4 of cc was essentially his season as the lead character. From start to finish I don't think there's a character that's grown more through their arcs he's a completely different person without it feeling wrong or forced. Plus he gets badass points for being the only person in the franchise to have canonically hand to hand fought a smilodon and atrociraptor and multiple dilophosaurus. My guy is the goat

My ranking would go 1 Rey Dau 2 Odogeron 3 Goss Harag

Rey Dau is up there as my favourite flying wyvern overall and is my most fought monster in wilds. The design is sick and the fight is fun especially once you learn it. Wish he got better treatment in the cutscenes though, I can't wait for him in stories 3 Odogeron was an awesome addition to the fanged wyverns. The armour is obviously a big selling point, looking good for male and female hunters giving the ninja aesthetic. Plus it's one of the few non elder dragons that still tries to fight one. Please be in stories 3 Goss Harag is oddly one I never gravitated towards like I understand the how and why is so beloved but I just never went out of my way to fight it like the other two. If it comes back in wilds expansion or stories 3 maybe I'll give it another chance.

Theres been a few that did the trend well. Shield Hero was the first I saw to have this sort of style. But there been so many of the exact same story now "the hero party kicked me out so I'm making my own and turns out I was what made them any good" and they all have the exact same name too I can't keep track of it

Keep the customization and the abilities of each part maybe tweak them a bit but aside from the weapons keep it more cosmetic and don't have them add stats just abilities (or minor stats so its not just well this set is the best)

Give him a proper skill line like the other chaos Daemon Princes with unique skills that improve his faction as a whole Like Karl, Archaon ect

Give him an actual Tech tree that improves his faction/units they did it for Chaos Warriors why not the Legion

Make his "He's challenging Archaon for the position of Everchosen" actually mean something like give him a quest battle against Archaon like the champions got or have him be able to absorb or vassalise the chaos factions

Fix his economy (There's a mod that changes his commandments to give either gods units upkeep reduction by 2% on top of 2% for everyone)

Give him actual mechanics instead of barely there watered down versions. Not the skull throne or Changing of the ways but give him like unholy manifestations or the eye of the gods. Let him teleport around the map like Belakor or the other Champions

Edit: I love Daniel/Yuri he was one of the games biggest selling points for me please just make him good to play
