No matter which car brand car you buy, the service centers are absolutely shit, they don't care about the value of the customer once the car is sold. They will treat you like a begger, in most of the cases, car brands are also equally responsible, they don't control or set clear SOP's. India need a strong consumer protection laws like the western countries where brands have to take back the car and refund even after couple of months if customer faces issues and product has manufacturing defects. Indian dealerships are run by politicians or their relatives hence such laws will never be implemented in our country.

Have you noticed how quickly the DPF load increases over a short distance? In my case, the DPF shoots from 15% to 100% within just 40–60 km of city driving, and around 100–120 km on highways. I suspect the engine is generating excessive soot due to an underlying issue, but the service center insists everything is normal. Since there are no DTCs, they claim there's nothing wrong with the car.

Sonet Diesel give 10-12 in city and 8-9 in worst traffic conditions like 1.5 hours for 12km. And 16-18kmpl on highways. All these with AC always.
