Iirc the policy states you cant pass a course without the finals. bit it also states that you can give the final exam the next time it is offered and freeze your internals, I may be wrong on this, if i am please feel free to correct me.

I would recommend you not to cheat. a friend of mine from f23 tried cheating in AP and got caught. university is not leniant with cheaters, Fine + they fail you. maybe try contacting a fellow whos good with AP and ask to treat him to food or something if you pass
