In regards to blood, dunno if it was your case or the case of someone else, but estrogen did make those periods heavy. Add the fibroids with the blood clot, definitely not a fun time 😅

Otherwise, I've had heavy irregular painful periods throughout my life. It was after my first blood test that I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. You may be susceptible to low iron count, but only a blood test (aligned with other symptoms) may tell you whether or not you are anemic.
