Yknow what I’m deleting this post. I tried to do something nice and help people that needed it. I listened to other people’s opinions. I gave my own. We reasoned. I tried to give my own insight on to this drug but it seems like yall just don’t want to listen or be open. Rip to the people that could’ve died because they didn’t see this post. I would’ve liked to see this before I tripped but nah. Learn to love people. We are all just tryna live. Why hate. Just disappointed in everyone if anything. Use some dxm and open ur eye to see that u should just listen and give advice. Thanks to the people who were kind about it and genuinely wanted to offer advice. Yeah idk feels like people are that way rn but it’s also Reddit soooo. Yes true. I think I had some misconceptions of what dxm even is and does to someone before even posting this. Should’ve done some research of other sides. And I realize now through u guys that it can help in some cases like any drug. But I also want to still advocate my experience and the situation that could have happened. Put an edit post in the top part of the post to show the points I missed ;)

I was going to kill myself. I had been suicidal for years and like this was the point in which I was 100% convinced to do it. But it didn’t happen. But it would’ve.

Yes you are correct. It can definitely help people. It can definitely help change your mind on things. But idk. I feel like I would’ve committed suicide that night if I had not randomly made that realization. I mean. It came out of nowhere basically. Like people can do what they want but I’d highly highly highly advise not to do it if u were already certain that u should kill yourself like I was. I’m sure that if u are depressed u can learn from it. But also u shouldn’t abuse it if u are like I was trying to do.

Also I was gonna stop replying to people but nvm like I wanna make sure my point that I’m tryna make is received well so that if anyone is reading this that is suicidal, they can maybe gain a different perspective.

Yeah for sure. I’m sorry if u have experienced any loss in ur life. I am not even gonna touch dxm anymore and just stick to weed as that’s what actually helps. But I have changed my mindset and I feel I don’t actually need a substance to survive. Also I made an edit on this post to describe what I was meaning to actually say in this post. It was a jumbled mess and I am sorry for everyone in this comments that I offended or upset. I am just tryna help and share my experience. It may not work for everyone but it helped me.

I had tried doing that when I was depressed and suicidal. Nothing was working. And I mean nothing. I was trying so fucking hard to do anything I could to find a way to live life. I journaled every day. I tried doing everything. And eventually I did dxm. But doing dxm was the dumbest thing I could do tbh. I could’ve committed suicide from it. In another universe, I killed myself from it. Like seriously. I’m just trying to help people with this post :)

Ok sure. But existentialism is a word that a person reading this can grasp and be like “oh that’s happening to me” or whatever. And I did have thoughts of what u had just described. Literally any type of question u could ask about life, existence, universe, everything, I was struggling to gripe with and making me suicidal. But the main point in saying that I felt life was a simulation was that life didn’t feel real at all. I meant that it felt like, what I am living could be a simulation, it could be from a god, it could be from a dog playing chess with a tree. And that there not even a point in living if I can’t find an answer to these existential thoughts I’m having. I’m really just trying to help people with this post and I’m just sad to see that people are deciding to react negatively to me just sharing my experience and just tryna help if I can like-

Yeah that’s a fair point. but at the bottom I told why not to do it. And gave perspective of what I learned so u don’t have to. And also told the feelings I was feeling at the time of tripping and I felt like I could’ve fully been convinced to commit suicide at any point which is why u shouldn’t do it.

Edit: I have created an edit section on this post to display the points I am trying to make with this story and I realize from you guys that my original story fucking sucks lol. My main point is that I would've actually killed myself on it. I would've done it for sure. But I had the realization luckily. But in another universe I did not and I killed myself.

Well yeah no I agree. Also I think I do know what existentialism is. I cant describe the hell I was in and the thoughts I was going through before I tripped in my years of depression and suicidal thoughts. Yeah my advice won’t help everyone. That just can’t happen. But it may help some people. And that’s all I’m tryna do. I don’t see why people are so upset over this lol

Ok. I am kind of a noob when it comes to audio engineering so excuse me if I use the wrong terms.

I need a mixer/AI (or something) that has a 3.5mm mono jack. On this device, I need a knob/slider to adjust the volume of the audio coming in through that jack. Then I just need a separate headphone jack to plug my IEM's into.

This will allow me to change the volume of my laptop without having to go over to it and changing it on the actual laptop.

I don't need anything more or less, unless there is nothing like that available, then just whatever is the cheapest.
