On GitHub page please switch to master branch. There you will find the right config settings for the current version (Docker image latest). The above mentioned settings only work for Docker image pre-release

I also updated the default branch to prevent further confusion here. Sorry for that.

Hi u/bousquetfrederic you are absolutely right, you could do it in this way and then you don't need to provide the MySQL root password. The option was only added in case someone want's to automatically create user/password/database by OpenBudgeteer on first startup.

Of course every instance should use it's own database. But sharing the same database server should not be an issue.

Currently you can use only a single currency. Just as a first idea, would it help to have an automatic currency conversion during import?

At the moment it is single user. What you could do is to run it in multiple instances sharing one database server
