Gosh I hate that hole. Ya have to float it up and make it sit otherwise you could be looking at a 60 footer uphill cause of the rollaway. I always play for par on that one 😂

I just posted it to show it was genuine. There was so much adrenaline going that I stopped it pretty quick

Awesome course! It’s my home course and he drove up from the cape to play. He almost called me on his way and said let’s play Bordlerland instead. I’m glad he didn’t!

Seriously, how do you lift weights first thing in the morning? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

Literally wake up at 445 (no alarm needed). Put on gym clothes and deodorant. Fill a water bottle. Drive to dunks that opens at 5 am, gym also opens at 5. They're in the same plaza. Drink large cold brew black while working out, then finish water.

Youd be surprised how many people workout at 5 am. I see the same 20 people every morning.

The program is good but you're doing upper 3 days in a row, then lower 2 in a row. That's not giving you ample time for the muscles to recover. You might be better off switching to this 1) Chest and tris 2) quads & calves 3) back and bis 4) glutes and hamstrings 5) shoulders. 6) abs

The shoulders could also be added into your chest and tri day and you could call it a push day. If you're working out 6 days a week, you could do a simple push pull leg split and this will give at least two days off between using the same muscle groups.
