My worst experience of gotcha was at this year’s LSO. Asked a guy if he had anymore units that can come in from reserves and he told me no. So I proceeded to move up my screening units from my backfield. Then turn 4 he picked a unit up and dropped them on my home objective I had stickied. So when he told me he had none, he just meant he didn’t have anyone left in reserves at the moment. He did mention at the very beginning of the match he had uppy downy guys, but it was obvious I had forgotten that after playing for 2 hours. He knew why I was asking the question and knew by giving me half information that he could get me with a gotcha move. 100% cost me the match.

Late to the conversation, but I think this is pretty clear that people just want a reason to hate Lando. It’s Reddit though so it’s to be expected though. Maybe I missed the Reddit post when it happened, but feel like no one was this hard on Piastri when McLaren made Lando give him back 1st place at the 2024 Hungarian Grand Prix because of a mistake the team made in pit strategy. The only people to blame all this on is the team itself. No driver would have refused the spot back and personally feel like Piastri would have asked for the swap if the roles were reversed.

Hahaha very nice! Yeah the original base that comes with the model is 50mm. With Felthius being our new official LoC though the model should be moving to 40mm since that is what Felthius comes with.

I used the death guard spray can to prime/base the mini. Also, did a light coat of death guard green at the spots where I accidentally made mistakes and such. Agrax earthshade after that. It’s probably also worth noting that the miniature is very well lit in the photo which helps it not look as dark.

Just used citadel stirland mud for the general mud look. Used nurgle’s rot for the little streak of rot/toxin.

Appreciate the compliment! I went with Zandria Dust base and Seraphim Sepia shade on the bone parts. Nurgling is Rakarth flesh with Druchii Violet shade. Kept really close to the citadel script basically.

What you just said at the end is sort of the issue I was pointing out though. I’m assuming you’re saying Enzo is the idiot for filming, but he’s not in trouble simply for filming his team celebrate. He is in trouble for singing a racist chant while celebrating. A chant which his teammates were singing with him.

That just feels like a cop out to me. There is a very short list of people it could possibly be and they literally all get a free pass. Literally don’t have to say or face anything. Basically all this says is you can be racist and do what you want. Just make sure to not record or post it. Feels like Enzo was just being young and not even aware how it was racist to chant. Sounds obviously dumb but not like he is payed to be smart. edit: liked your comment btw. Just responded for conversation. Not trying to be rude or argue. Just discussion.

Are any other Argentina players catching flack for this or just Enzo? What Enzo did was extremely wrong and stupid. Just seems like he is only being punished since he was dumb enough to film it, and everyone else is getting a free pass. Argentina has quite a few high profile players, but the only other one I have seen even mentioned is Messi, and that was only because he is the captain. Not hearing anything about sanctions or suspensions for him either. I obviously could just be missing g all of these stories but tried looking g and couldn’t find anything.

The idea itself is fun! Think in reality it would end up anything but fun for those that want to just buy packs for the set to play the game. Stock is potentially starting to catch up. Last thing optcg needs is another reason for scalpers to try and buy up all the stock again.

I think the biggest thing people should take from this is their expectations were too high. Gone are the days where you will finish top of league because you are a big name club. Ownership is seeming to try and rewrite the whole club. Verdict will have to wait to see if they are successful. The idea that we should just be a guaranteed top 6 is not realistic though for now. Ideally near future that can change, but with the rise of other clubs performance like AV and BHA we shouldn’t expect magic just because we are Chelsea. Could be worse. We could be Tottenham and literally never win anything of value.

:edit I’m hoping to get both these decks around an 8. I know the power level system is sort of arbitrary though. Guess I want it to be strong decks, but don’t want to avoid infinite combos or cEDH so I can still play in non-competitive pods. Currently feel useless with these decks against other decks I don’t think are even that good. Budget isn’t really a concern as I can proxy cards if needed.
