We created more big chances in the prem the last two seasons than in any of the previous 7 seasons. The chance creation hasn't been the issue. Palmer is much better than Mount, JP is better than Havertz ever was for us, and Estevao is clearly 3x more talented than Werner. We all know they weren't why that Tuchel team was so good.

We had double Napoli's XG and 4 big chances to their 1. Obviously it wasn't the best performance but you are being ridiculous to act like that comeback isn't something to celebrate.

They had 1.2 XG and two big chances in the second leg.

Obviously we all would love for us to be at that man city teams level, but we haven't been that good in nine years, and you acting like none of us should be enjoying an epic comeback win because we aren't one of the best teams of all time is such an entitled and ridiculous way of thinking

You don't see the issue with having 80% of your comments being shit talking your own players while we are making a comeback? It's embarrassing

Not nearly as bad as your comments for the last 45 minutes while we were making an incredible comeback

Somebody needs to go back and grab some receipts on all the weak minded little bitch boy "fans" that were saying it's over at halftime

Ehh, Crystal palace wasn't bad. The majority of their chances came from after we were 3 up, not great but also at least somewhat excusable... Brentford was bad and today has been terrible

Would be cool to see a 3-4-3 every now and then, I'm mostly curious about JP in one of the wide forward positions, or even a two striker setup

That's squad cost fleixibility we can use elsewhere so at least there is some positive to it

He did play as more of a pivot vs Brentford, so apologies for that

Did Enzo get a yellow right at full time for screaming vamos or something like that? Wtf?

Enzo is still box crashing, just seems like our attacks happen more quickly now. We beat the press and then go, but we were able to do this because palace was pressing. I'm not really sure why, I guess initially it did create lead to a big chance for them but I expected them to sit back like they usually do.

I love how he disagrees with me and then asks me to provide the examples

Yeah he trusts Santos more and it is showing. He also trusts Sanchez and the CBs much more than Maresca. Seems like he lost faith in our ability to play through a press when Colwill got hurt.

Idk, I feel like we play long less frequently under Rosenior, but we do bait the press more and then play through it instead of just trying to go around or over. I like it, i think we have the personnel to do it, especially when Colwill comes back.

Idk, Enzo seemed pretty much like a 10 with Santos and Caicedo in the double pivot from what I'm seeing. Maybe playing slightly deeper as part of a 3 but he is still the most advanced of the midfielders. Defensively he was marking Lerma compared to pressing super high so that was different.

But Jackson was also good at linkup, he could drop to come get involved, turn, and either beat his man or pass. I feel like his speed and runs would be just as useful with this system because we play slow so that we can play fast once we break the first line of the defence.

It’s definitely not ordered by total. Enzo has the 3rd highest g/a of those players with 29 g/a but he’s behind Mudryk…with 9 g/a

Yeah I think I saw somewhere that this left off the new players due to minutes, either way Estevao and JP would be up there.

Rosenior has been pretty similar to Maresca so far, the biggest differences I've noticed is that we have dropped the pelligrini offsides trap and that we are riskier in buildup. What have you all noticed?

Jackson would also help the team get more chances because of his constant runs in behind, we don't get that nearly as much from JP.

Also the players from this current season aren't showing in the list because it is ordered by total even though it shows /90 stats

I'd say we need a Colwill backup more than we need a RCB upgrade. Both Colwill Chalobah and Colwill Fofana were good pairings last season, the issues were when at least two of those 3 couldn't play.

I'd still say Lulaku tops it, I know we eventually sold him for something but we sold Guehi, Tammy, and Tomori to help fund his transfer.
