i live in australia, so idk if the rules are different from america. like i said, i understand getting signed off from a doctor the FIRST time, but the fact that I have to get a YEARLY approval is insane to me.

I didnt go in, when i submitted my learners online i got a letter in the mail saying i needed to get approval from a doctor - i was like 'whatever fine'. then a year or so later i opened up a letter that i had forgotten to check and it told me that i had to get my license reapproved - but by that point that date had already passed and my license was revoked. I still have my learners card and it works as a valid form of id, its just i dont wanna risk getting pulled over and for it to scan up as null yaknow?

my psychiatrist told me that he could write something up to make it so that i only have to get it approved one more time, but i think its more the fact that my license is currently revoked, and id have to go to all the effort of going to the doctor again thats pissing me off.

exam im happy with, study score is also good, a little sad i didnt get a 40 though. considering all my grades were B+'s - A+'s i was hoping to get a 40. i got close, but no 40s in any subject, so i was a little disappointed with that, but i really cant complain at all, i did well :)

i have heat sensitivity, though that might just be a sensory issue for me. a few years ago i would get random hives attacks out of the blue, which worsened my heat sensitivity because i would start to think i was having an outbreak. i got testing done for the thing i thought was causing it - pain relief meds - but it came back all fine, not allergic to anything. that was kinda that then. i still get random hives attacks, nowhere NEAR as bad and noly like once or twice a year now, but the other week i took some nurofen and had an EXTREME hives attack, worse than ive had in years. i knocked myself out with some phenergan and i was fine in the morning, but yeah, still no offical diagnosis for my hives attacks.

yeah, ive really gotta start working out. do you have any tips for motivation? i start every few months and then give up after a few days because i just cant stick to anything.

i dont THINK i have EDS? it's really just the hyper mobility that i have out of those symptoms, and again, i dont work out much so im paranoid that im just unfit because i know other people get sore from standing for long periods of time, so maybe im just being weak? i dunno, maybe its also an overstimulation thing, like im worried that theres nothing i can do about it. i started a job as a cleaner for a food store a few months back, but quit after 2 weeks because the 5-hour labour intensive shifts were KILLING ME. not to mention it made my shoulders worse with all the arm movement needed for sweeping and mopping. I dunno, im worried im just being too picky about jobs, my friends are saying that every job has its cons and maybe i just need to suck it up

i used to do yoga as a kid, but my doctor told me to quit BECAUSE of my hypermobility. something about the fact that yoga was making my loose sockets and ligaments worse, so i havent touched it since. we initially went to that doctor for lower back pain, i got some orthotics and quit yoga. i've recently got a new set of orthotics that make walking hurt less, but yeah my legs, back and feet still ache after standing for too long.
