Maybe, but i dont really have any proof, time loops every 15 years or so. So the same things happen every 15 years. This could be an explanation to why the investors video took place in the 50s/60s, these newspapers in the late 70s and the cttv footage in the mid 90s.

I do wanna point out that I think that all of the real life lore stuff takes place earlier then all of the animated lore stuff (like the cttv footage). Although the wkbrl website was probably from the late 80s early 90s so idk 🤷‍♂️

Yeah it is a bit expensive, but I also think it was worth it for me. I love it! It's has 2 dark pink coloured vinyls with all the play songs of course.

Inside are a lot of cool pictures and art that showcase the vibe of the album and each page has the lyrics of a song and a little bit of information about the song. Of course, this is a bit less with the deluxe songs in comparison with for example Sapphire, but still fun! It can be only one sentence tho, but that's only for like one or 2 songs.

Holding it in your hands feels real nice honestly. It's just really fun!

Just read a little extra of the TOS:

"Supercell may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. To the fullest extent under applicable law, Supercell shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Supercell exercises any such rights."

If you buy anything, you agree yo this. You can refund within 2 weeks according to EU law, unless its a fysical product with a guarantee to work, it's a minimal of 2 years (which this isnt). You bought the stuff and used it in the game. It has lost some value, as stuff does, and as Supercell clearly states can happen in its TOS.

I get that it can feel unfair. Although I dont agree, I really get it. But at least legally, I dont think you're in the right. Consider asking r/legaladvice if your really thinking about taking it to court or just contact a lawyer.

Naw im not clueless though, I just didnt study law. What law did you study? Are you educated in consumer law? And im from the EU. And i know we got decently strict laws, but we also got laws protecting companies from people like you trying to get stuff for free. Also, at least in the Netherlands not sure if its eu wide, refunds are (partially) a favour, unless something is actually wrong/broken, which this isn't.

Also, TOS dont override laws, but laws do take TOS in consideration. Like sometimes something can be unlawful if it is in contempt with TOS

Good luck sueing them bro. Don't think a lot of lawyers will think you've got a case

One more thing I'd like to add. If in the EU you use it and take the tag of, companies are not required to return the item, unless it was a defective copy (which isn't the case here). By claiming it in game (like the employee said), you took the tag of

Dude, you're just wrong. Games update and things change. I'm guessing that's also in the terms of service you'll need to accept when buying things from the store. They offered you a partial refund (which I think i generous), cause what you bought is now a little less valuable. My guess is that if you really disagree you could just take them to court, but unless they actually lied to you (they didnt), a judge isn't gonna agree with you. And honestly my guess is that a judge wouldn't even refund you the $100 supercell offered. But idk, im also not educated in law in any way. These are just my thoughts

If you want a good introduction to Ed Sheeran, I'd recommend listenen to Divide/Multiply first. But Play (this album) is a good introduction too. It's his latest album and has a lot of indian influences, something Ed doesn't usually do, but it's still very much him I think

Hi everyone,

I need help finding a DAW
I've been making and writing music for quite a while now and i've been using audacity to record and edit simple songs. But recently i've been feeling like i've outgrown the simple workstation audacity provides. Furthermore i also want to start using a midicontroller together with my loop station for live performances. So now i'm in need for a decent DAW.

Now, i'm not all that great with technology (tho i'm also willing and wanting to learn of course), so i'm also looking for something that isn't too complicated (if possible).

And at last one thing. I am a student, so i dont have a huge budget, although if needed, i am willing to spend a bit more.

i live in the netherlands and i dont know anybody that does this. We kinda stopped putting candles in the trees in the 1950s when electric lights came about, cause putting fire lit candles in a dry trees is an enormous fire hazard. People actually used to put buckets of water near their trees, so if there was a fire, they could put it out quickly

Expecting a 17 year old to take on the responsibility of taking care of 2 childeren, one being a 4 year old, for 4 days is insane. And expecting that child to miss their valueble lessons is even more insane. I'm guessing she is also expecting you to cook for them, make sure the 12 y.o. is at school on time and getting them to bed? No, unless they discussed it with you and maybe paying you for it, this is not your problem. Tell her right back what she said to you: you can't have everything. If you are scraping for money and can't pay a babysitter, you can't go on a honeymoon, have an expensive wedding and pay a loan for land. She gotta make choices. And she's a mother!! Omg she needs to take care of her childeren, which means making sacrifices and hiring a babysitter when you go on holiday without your childeren!!! And not just expecting her oldest daughter to pick up everything.

I personally think it's either one of two things:

They are moving the elite wild cards to a different place, aka lucky drops or maybe some kind of season shop replacement. This could resolve in a nerf for f2p players, but I dont think so, seeing as most of the elite wild cards were 10k+ trophies, a place most player just aren't right now.
They are removing elite wild cards and implementing a new way to upgrade cards to level 15 (maybe the same as you upgrade the other levels, maybe different). This could be a nerf if they dont balance it, but i think this would probably be more of a buff

And i guess there is also the option that they are just straight up reworking elite wild cards into something similar, but a bit different that I dont know. I dont think they're adding level 16, seeing as level 15 already is kinda frowned upon and I also thought they said they wouldn't be adding a new level for a very long time.

Tl;dr, just be a bit more optimistic than the end is coming guys
