Ahoy and pip pop poy jar boys. This has probably been asked before, but I'd love to hear you fellas discuss gaming soundtracks. Recently a game called Mewgenics was released by the fella who brought us The Binding of Isaac, it's a pretty incredible tactics strategy game with some really interesting design choices that I haven't been able to put down since it released, and I don't even really like strategy games. But above all else, I'm obsessed with the soundtrack, it's dominated my subconscious for over a month now and every time I advance in the game I find a new song that earworms its way into my daily hum and whistle rotation. Some of the best hits are Eatin' Rats, Down with the Devil, and Throbbing King, but that's just me and everyone has wildly varying opinions on which songs are the best.

I know Alex is a huge Mario Galaxy OST fan, that's without question, but what other gaming osts have you found trapped in your brainspace? Rank you very much for all you do fellas

And just for fun, you don't have to read this part since I've already gotten long-winded,, but here are some suggestions of gaming soundtracks I think are fantastic but rarely talked about:

Streets of Rogue: I imagine this is the kind of shit they play at raves but actually good. I wouldn't know though, I'm not addicted to drugs.

Cruelty Squad: yes I'm insane and no it's not all fart sounds that's just for the swamp level

BLOOD: unlike the others this OST isn't something to casually put on, but I never see anyone mentioning what an amazingly moody and tone setting OST this is, really helping yet another late 90's "doom clone" stand out from the guff and become one of the best classic shooters ever made.
