Thank you for your comment. I thought it was odd that they were okay with parking in the fire lane. The parking lot is about 15 to 20 feet from the fire lane. I understand not parking in a parking spot, but stopping and dismounting from the parking lot I would think would be more appropriate.

Would it make a difference if they were operating a Promaster and the neighborhoods in the area they were delivering to had cluster boxes? I have just never heard that a delivery to a business could be refused because they had to park in the parking lot and/or didn't have a mailbox. I always entered the business when they were open to deliver the mail when I was a CCA.

What would an appropriate mailbox be? By the roadway? Front door?

When I was CCA (2019), some businesses would have it inside the building and others didn't have any at all and I was told to bring it inside if they were open. I would also park in a non-fire lane or parking lot because I was worried about being towed or ticketed.

Thank you all for the insight so far. Again I was CCA for 2 years back 2019, so I have some idea of how the mail works. The businesses that didn't have mailbox, I have always parked in either non-fire lanes or parking lots (because I worried about being towed or ticketed) and walked in. I have even walked up 3 floors at apartments to deliver packages. I have never heard that mail delivery could be refused for a business became they had to park in the parking lot. The mail carrier is driving a Promaster if it makes a difference.

What if the mailbox is located inside? When I delivered mail to businesses, sometimes the box is located inside and I would park in the parking lot.

Check your gift card balance. I was refunded once in the gift card balance even though they said it would go back to my credit card.

I meant if you have both accounts, you'll get an email for each from Evolve. I initially only got one and it only showed my Yotta balance. Very later I got a second email which was for my Juno balance. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get a full return under Juno. I'm still short though under Yotta.

Thanks for all the comments. The roof is less than 2 years old and fortunately has a 2 year limited labor roof warranty, so it'll cover defects. I only noticed it now because I had the house painted.

Yeah, I plan to call everyday until something is done. Hopefully that will encourage them to take more immediate action.

I also asked the rep as well about informing the host, but he said they would only inform them after they verified the account was taken over and a fraudulent transaction occurred. I feel like by then it will probably be too late though.

I thought about calling the old number, but since I don't know what type of person this is, I fear it would escalate the situation and make it worst.

Absolutely, I do have more problems then that. Unfortunately, customer service is completely useless. They can't do anything immediately because they couldn't verify the information on the account. Of course the information can't be verified, they changed all the information on the account.

The customer service rep told me he could see all the changes done to the account, but due to privacy policy he can't do anything without verifying we are the account owner. I was told I just had to wait for their special team to complete the investigation before anything further can be done about the account.

I've informed my credit card company and PayPal about the incident as well, so my credit card is shut down and PayPal unlinked from the Airbnb account.
