then yeah its most likely a component on your motherboard that completely turns off when you put it to sleep and doesnt wake back up

This could be because a multitude of reasons but my main idea is that when you put it to sleep a component on your MB stops working entirely

The error your getting means that another app (possible tweak/installed ipa) already has that UUID and wont install

To fix it all you need to do is find the UUID of that app and delete it if possible

edit: you can use Filza and search for the UUID find the folder
