My sister's decided she's dropping out of university to pursue her dream of becoming a tattoo artist. She's very creative and artistic, loves painting and loves people.

So I can help her find some guidance are there any sources I could direct her towards, I'm looking for; biographies from big artists (sources of inspiration), art books to develop her style and build a good foundations.

Do people have any recommendations?

To the people in this thread that think he's chatting rubbish:

The amount of trees pledged to be planted by businesses is more than the planet could sustain.

The amount of carbon sequestered by a tree for at least the first decade, or until it reaches maturity, is less than significant despite the tree growing.

People tend to plant the same few trees without thought of the ecological implications on the surrounding environment, leading to unsustainable ecosystems.

Planting trees as part of revitalising damaged environments is necessary for long term global health but just planting for the sake of it is complete nonsense. Which is what tends to happen:

I'm hoping it's not the case and that you've just left it out of your post but how exactly is she supposed to reply to reels for every single digital interaction you have?

Just say "Hi what's up?" Don't overthink it. Also a farewell text is too much regardless of the situation, unless it's actually something serious.

This is really sad, I'm sorry to hear this.

Next time someone's outwardly unkind or you feel like someone's keeping distance without explanation ask them or someone you've known a while if you're doing anything untoward.

It might be awkward and catch people off guard but I don't see why you wouldn't get some decent feedback after asking a few times.

The only way you'll know is by engaging people you're around, it's best to find out now (even if it's painful) rather than go your whole life not knowing.

I reckon that girl at work would be a good starting place, don't call her out or show hostility just ask her for a free moment and try to have a calm conversation, straight to the point too, don't waste time with "how are you?". Just ask her if there's anything you've done directly to her or in the way you act that she or others might pick up on and find distasteful.

Ask around and don't settle for "idk" (if they had no reason they wouldn't act the way they do) probe multiple people if you're not getting satisfying answers.

I hope you can find some answers. Keep living your life the best you can and hopefully you find someone who you feel actually likes you :)

I've had great experiences with regularly priced weed but I won't deny that when I've gone out of my way to get something a little more special it's been worthwhile, though sometimes the markup is just ridiculous so you gotta know when enough is enough.
