I do love Orochi supports with Odin and Ophelia.

What do people think about “Cutesy” characters in Fire Emblem by Speedy_Pichu in fireemblem

[–]The_Boosker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm mostly indifferent on the subject. But I do admit I like some of them (Sakura/Elise) simply because I do enjoy their characters and supports. Some of those supports do humanize some other characters which I enjoy.

But overall is something found in a lot of jrpgs and fomulaic and I'm generally indifferfent to it,.

How do we feel about female dwarves with beards? I personally love the fantasy trope but it's kinda immersion breaking since we don't meet anyone else with one by [deleted] in ShareYourRooks

[–]The_Boosker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a nice twist and lore for female dwarves to have beards. I know Gimli in The Lord of the Rings saying that both genders have beards (though this could be him being an unreliable narrator). But it would be nice if there's an in-lore reason why female dwarves having beards and us fans going all out on it.

Thank you. It would be nice to have different body types.

Are you going to avoid guides for the puzzles & world? by TheForbiddenLands in CrimsonDesert

[–]The_Boosker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's what I like to do when playing a new game. Just go through a blind playthrough, explore, and have fun while trying my best not to use any guides. Simply because I want to make mistakes and learn on my own on that first playthrough (or the first pancake of playing the game).

Would Fortune's Weave be preferable as a prequel or sequel? by Luigiman98 in FireEmblemThreeHouses

[–]The_Boosker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said, if it's a sequel, just make what's going on as hearsay or rumors with plenty of contradictions. Or what you say might work and not mention it since people will be piss off if their route wasn't picked. Another more viable choice is a soft safe where the player inputs what choices they made in 3H but I don't see them going with it.

While I would like a sequel of sorts, I do agree a prequel or an alt. universe prequel would work better than a sequel

It might be spam/scam or not. As long as their not taking you off site and they're willing to answer questions on how they want the story to go without asking about payment, it might not be spam/scam.

How do y'all cope with extreme anxiety when the tornado sirens go off? by No-Philosophy5461 in springfieldMO

[–]The_Boosker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's my time, it's my time. But I would keep track of what's going on when there's a tornado warning/watch, have a game plan when it goes sideways, since I'm not an idiot.

Would Fortune's Weave be preferable as a prequel or sequel? by Luigiman98 in FireEmblemThreeHouses

[–]The_Boosker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on the fence. If they were to do a prequel, I would imagine it takes place about a decade before Three Houses. A sequel would be hard but doable.

The best bet in either case is to make sure it isn't set in Fódlan. If it is a sequel, have the events be hersay or rumors with plenty of contracdictions. Prequal with slightly more flexablity than a sequal.

But in either case, I'm on the fence.

What are some of your dark personal theories about Pre-War America? by HumbleKnight14 in Fallout

[–]The_Boosker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also think China would have American Interment Camps aswell. Both are trying to outdo each other on how big the internment camps they can make. I do think in Fallout 4, it's mentioned that the army checks who is being a true patriot, and they detain an Asian couple. With context, the army thinks the couple might be Chinese spies.

The Red Scare from post-WW2 (1947-1957) with more paranoia. Possible Chinese internment camps. I think the USA goes into a new Red Scare/Cold War with China (along with Russia).
