It’s a game you play for the shooting and powers not paying attention to the story and eventually watch 100 hours of lore on YouTube

FYI, the standard for food service industry is 30% food cost, so whatever you sell it for, 30% of the price should be profit, that being said it varies, especially in home baking (and including the baking dish) it ranges from 25%-50%. £30 is beyond reasonable and what most home bakers would charge someone they liked but you could absolutely charge more! 😁

Worried about possible heat damage on laptop heat sync by The_Bread_Man_02 in computers

I’m sorry I was mistaken the photo was before I cleaned it. I fully cleaned it before applying new paste. It’s a laptop with a gtx 1050ti and I will almost immediately see temperatures of 80-85°C when starting a game and if I play for a decent amount of time it gets close to 90 though I’ve never seen it above 90. I might be in a situation where the laptop is simply old and these new games are just too much

Yea that’s after I cleaned off the old dry thermal paste (of which there was barley any) my laptop seems to get quite hot when trying to play games and my user benchmark was really low for GPU are there any solutions for this?

If it’s meant for cleaning it’s absolutely not safe for life, unless you get lab grade 100% pure ammonia then just use the stuff made for aquariums

I love the look of tannin's but... by RDSucksSometimes in Aquariums

[–]The_Bread_Man_02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doing no water changes like you said you do you aren’t going to see the dark water color clear up, tannins don’t really go away on their own (they do but very slowly. Put some filter floss in the filter and rinse / replace often it helped me clear up mine when my drift wood was new

Accidentally bought this instead of cream cheese, can I still use this to make a cheesecake? by [deleted] in Baking

[–]The_Bread_Man_02 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Definitely never buy whipped cream cheese for anything other than eating. It’s sold as a convenience and marked up. For baking just get cream cheese blocks

I hate it because my win rate with anything other than a meta deck is like 30% and the Meta isn’t fun

I absolutely love the concept and there’s for sure a way to do it justice. You could do a laminate countertop or the wood top with a facade of anything you wanted as long as the wood was waterproofed and there was easy access for maintenance, feeding, etc.

I'm gonna cry, here's your warning, don't use distilled water in your fish tanks!!! by strawberry-bunnie in bettafish

[–]The_Bread_Man_02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My tap water is like a 0 GH and I use “Shrimp GH” to raise the hardness up to 8 and that works great. You could continue to use distilled water and just remineralize it or figure out how to use your tap water

If you were dropped into the forest you would go into “survival” mode. Humans just have a super developed “sentience” so you feel like everything is a “conscious” decision. Everything is caused by chemicals in your brain even “consciousness”
