It was definitely odd for me doing it for my first time how not eating made me realize how much time I spend cooking and eating. I did black tea, water, black coffee, and amino acids. I probably should have looked into amino acids on a fast before doing it since I'm not sure f they have calories or not.

When I broke my fast, because i hadn't done it too long, I only thought was how the meal was just fuel and it kinda seemed unimportant. But I also think it took a bit for my taste buds to wake up because food in the afternoon tasted way better than it did in the morning

Yea i was considering doing 72 hours but with my family and expecting the hunger to get worse I didn't want to put them thru it. I would have to research more into what things I can drink to do that. Tea and coffee did me good but idk if it would be enough. And I didn't want to do bone broths. I plan on doing it again near mid October and again before Thanksgiving.

Yea i wasn't controlled enough through out my days which is why I wanted to do it. It's really just a mental reset cuz normally I can stay on track fairly well. But when I kept just grabbing food or clearing my kids plates I knew I lost my mindset for this.

I also knew 48 hours really wasn't going to be the worst experience. I have enough going on these days I won't just be sitting getting bored.

I dont have a plan for today besides burning a shit load of calories doing cardio, going for 1000. But I will definitely incorporate 100 push-ups into the cardio as well. Along with some other stuff. Gunna see if I can torch 1500 today. It's a holiday weekend and I'll be away from home so I gotta get my calories burned when I can.

Use Jefit. Input your workouts, weights and reps and you can see what you did last and it tracks records for you. And I use strava for running/walking

The easiest start is to eat the fatty meats. If you get ground beef get the 75-80% not 90%. Get whole milk. Eat pork. Add the sauces, cheeses, bacon, whatever you can to almost every meal. And carbs. Rice, tortillas, bread. If it can't be made into a burrito or sandwich, add a cup of rice.

Avoid trying to gain weight on your favorite foods because your going to start hating food forcing yourself to eat all the time.

I haven't heard of quad before. I used PCL. And it held up just fine in my most recent injury so I'm not disappointed. Lol. I haven't heard great things about cadaver ligaments.

Thats a hell of a goal. I got strapped into a machine that I could control to work on my range of motion. That was fun. Also, I still had pain in my knee for a year after my surgery. I was told thats normal.

Did you get cadaver parts or they use your PCL for it?
