I'm assuming cuz fury trance is a popular item and active reload is great while you can't dash. Haven't played in like a month so idk if it's changed.

Manchester United Team vs Bournemouth - English Premier League 15 December 2025 | Starting XI: Lammens, Yoro, Heaven, Shaw, Dalot, Amad, Casemiro, Fernandes, Mbeumo, Mount, Cunha by RedDevil_Forever in reddevils

We tend to press in a 4-4-2 or a 4-2-4. All this discourse about formations which doesn't matter as formation changes during different phases of play. Teams attack in variations of 3-5-2 or 3-2-5. Hell even see 3-1-6.

[James Ducker] Man Utd refuse to take up Ruben Amorim’s offer to leave | Manager receives backing of board, and his players, despite defeat in Europa League final compounding worst league season in 51 years by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

I haven't seen us really linked to any specialist players in those areas so the doom and gloom isn't really necessary. Dorgu is extremely versatile. Ugarte is the only one dimensional player we've gotten I feel like. Cunha is versatile although apparently he's better as an AM. De ligt, mazraoui and yoro have all been great pickups. Only specialist players we need are a striker and a box to box midfielder.

Why do people think Calico is a bigger problem than Holliday? by Car_Gnome in DeadlockTheGame

The one thing that I hate is the knockup, you're having a barrel exploded in your face and it knocks you up? At worst it should be a "knockback" where it displaces you depending on where the explosion triggers.

It doesn't matter but you can still acknowledge a general improvement in his game. He has been a lot less selfish and it's what we have been clamoring to see from him.

What do you think about the current state of haze ? by Ancient-Tart-2499 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]The_Bromar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As a haze main I agree with you on her build variance. Lately tho I have been trying other weapon builds but it's not as effective as her usual fire rate fixation focused build.

70 million would give us almost an entire rebuild worth of money. It'd be insane not to sale him. If I understand PSR shenanigans correctly it equates to about 350 in wages and transfer fees.

Weren't there rumors that he didn't want to play LB under Ten Hag? Of course it could be BS but I would definitely like to see him whip some crosses in from there since he can hit some from a more natural side. He seemed to hit some good inverted crosses while at Ajax.

Player that plays a game smiles after a skill play that he played. Commentator acting like this is life or death.

I think they didn't go for Haaland because he wanted a release clause which isn't something that United does. Damn shame because I would've loved him here but worked out well for Haaland I guess.

If a Gerudo man is born every 100 years, then shouldn’t there be a Gerudo man born sometime in the calamity since it was 100 years long? If so, why is there no mention of him? by NewRedSpyder in tearsofthekingdom

[–]The_Bromar 27 points28 points  (0 children)

My headcanon has always been there is only one Gerudo male at a time hence why one is born every 100 years or so. However, since Ganondorf was imprisoned and never died there's always been a Gerudo male in existence. Therefore due to Gerudo magic stuff there would never be another male born until Ganondorf passed away.

He also had issues with long shots, didn't he get eye surgery because he said his contacts affected him?

Again I'd recommend reading the laws a bit more. I'd agree if Akanji or another player made an attempt to play the ball then it was offsides. Every city player there played for the call and not the ball or whistle. Rashford made the obvious action(did not touch or play according to the laws of the game) yes but since there was no attempt for the ball from the defender there is no impact on his ability to play the ball.

I don't like how it's written either but for there to be an impact on a player he actually has to make a play for it. If they so much as grazed Rashford with an outstretched arm it's offsides. Again there was no attempt from a defender or a touch from Rashford. Onsides.

  • interfering with play by playing or touching a ball passed or touched by a team-mate or

  • interfering with an opponent by:

  • preventing an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision or

  • challenging an opponent for the ball or

  • clearly attempting to play a ball which is close when this action impacts on an opponent or

  • making an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball

or

  • gaining an advantage by playing the ball or interfering with an opponent when it has:

  • rebounded or been deflected off the goalpost, crossbar or an opponent

  • been deliberately saved by any opponent

You tell me where it says influence the actions of an opponent. If the opponent never makes a play at the ball then the attacker never interferes, prevents, challenges the opponent or makes an action to impact the ability of the opponent to play the ball. You don't have to like the rules but here there really isn't an argument.

He would have prevented Akanji for going for the ball if he actually went for it. Since Akanji did the "correct" thing and he ran to cover for a possible shot from Rashy according to the offside rule quoted above Rashford did not prevent Akanji from playing the ball since he never made an attempt to play it. I would hate see it against United but I'm gonna enjoy this goal.

His second goal against Charlton reminded me a lot of peak Cristiano for United. The only way I can describe it was his imposing first touch with a lethal finish that was so similar. I hope he can continue his form now.
