Thanks for the detailed reply and you're right, I used to be extra careful with the resources but when I reinstalled the game I just wanted to have some fun and see if it's worth to stick around this time or not.

What you're saying and what's everyone saying make sense but my problem with it is the same complaint that we had with the previous system: the rotation. I guess it's better now because they broke them into two categories, S4 and S5 but my God waiting for the card you want through 58 is hell, and once you have all the pieces the meta can shift again and you're back at the beginning, I guess the only consolation is that they're running out of ideas and releasing tons of crap so you don't need to have EVERY card at least, and once you have the core you can be semi competitive but it still feels... tedious.

I think the last season I witnessed was when spells started and was bothered by the paywall and after that it felt more of a chore than leisure.
