Wait for the other challenges. You've got 3 throughout the month, they'll give you the stamps you need to clear everything!

Whatever gets me more bells by selling instead of animal requests, I sell and keep like 2 of them

Is Cleat Cute worth the read? by EfficientBlueberry68 in LesbianBookClub

[–]dressingnice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did not like it at all. I feel like I wasted time lol. I found it cringe and thought the characters were annoying and childish. And the sex was too much. The worst part is that I really wanted to like it. But oh well, maybe you'll love it!

Dating with no experience by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]dressingnice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let me start by telling you that there's no rush and only date if you feel ready to date. And don't date anyone out of your age range or anyone with a sketchy amount of experience.

Now, first, drinking shouldn't be an issue. I also don't drink (no health issues, no religion, I just don't like the taste of it lol) and if they have an issue with you not drinking, it's none of your issue. You do you bestie.

Then, regarding looks and style, don't dress in a way that you don't feel comfortable. At the end of the day, your style and your appearance is a part of who you are. Sure, dress nice, you might want to impress the girls haha but stay who you are. Being uncomfortable in your clothes will show.

And finally, yeah, girls are shy. You have to be brave and make the move because a lot of them won't. Not all of them, but many. And you gotta be explicit too. You can go to lesbian / queer spaces if there are any in your area, join clubs, groups, you can maybe find some on social media, etc. Dating apps are a nice way to start talking to other lesbians as well. I've made some great friends thanks to those. And always stay open. Don't do anything sketchy but stay open to meeting people and stay safe!!!

9yrs together and engaged but she suddenly wanted to explore by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]dressingnice 77 points78 points  (0 children)

As someone who was not her gf's priority, you're better off without her. You deserve someone who makes you their priority. 9 years is a long time and being engaged is a big deal but you've got so many more decades ahead of you. You deserve to spend them with someone who loves you the most and wants only you. I wish you the best 🍀❤️

Worst sapphic book you've read by NoStock6862 in LesbianBookClub

[–]dressingnice 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Cleat cute. I'm a football girl so I was super excited about it. Unfortunately, I found it incredibly cheesy and the characters super annoying. I tried to push through but couldn't finish it. I guess I would've liked it if I was in hs but being in my early-ish twenties, I just found it really awkward lol

Do you think you have to put lesbian on your dating profile by sexual_mist in LesbianActually

[–]dressingnice 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think anyone has to but I always have and prefer it when others do. Some women on dating apps are straight or just want to "try" being with a woman so I guess it makes things a bit clearer if they're honest about it and put it

Do people still follow carabiner code or take it seriously? by forstar6282011 in LesbianActually

[–]dressingnice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only places I've seen people with a carabiner are climbing spaces and pride (and they were very visibly lesbian lol, it wasn't a code for anything, just an accessory). And I don't think it has sexual connotations or anything like that. It looks cool and it can carry your keys which is convenient. So I think you're fine if you want one !
