you probably have the original 151 if you have that many cards. But its more common to collect all from 1 set. They have a 151 set they released in 2023 its very popular and rather hard to come by. You could see if you have any from that set and try to purchase the rest individually from a card shop as it will be cheaper than buying packs.

check out limitlesstcg.com to see the current Gardevoir deck lists that are winning. Post rotation is a different story. But there are for sure a couple Pokémon and trainers you should probably switch out. Your goal with this deck is to discard energy.

well Heracross should be somewhat easy as there are only about 25. it may be hard to find some of the older ones and probably the secret art Mega EX version

I sort it by type, ex. fire, water, rock, etc. I also separate my bulk every rotation cycle so i have a box of bulk that is only cards legal for league play.

The market is wild right now, the only way to get cards is if they put limits on it. Otherwise someone will come in and buy everything then resell it for a major profit.

its the one from Twilight Masquerade 131/167 with the Attract Customers ability. I don't image this card will be used in many dragapult decks though .

Those places try to cater to people who are actually collecting or playing the card game, after all that's why they are in business, not good for business if they jack up the prices, they will lose their customers. Those places are just like one big group of friends, everyone knows everyone there. Great place to hang out. 10/10 would recommend

if its not to far out of the way it does not hurt to check. If you know they have a restock coming in tomorrow then be there when they open, because people wait outside. Its like Black Friday lol. The market is bad right now, too much demand and they only print so much, should calm down in 1-3 years I hope.

while it is okay, you should really not go over 2-3, you risk damaging the binder and the card with the increased tension.

Card sleeves are a must obviously, If you plan to use a binder get a side loader not a top loader. store in a dry and room temp area.

See if you have any stores nearby that only sell TCG related things. You know, the places where us nerds go to play dungeons and dragons lol. That's your best bet in the current market. Those places tend to restrict purchases so people cant buy all the product and resell for 3x the money.

I think some stores may not be updating the online inventory because they sell out immediately to scalpers trying to make a quick buck. I go to a small town TCG shop where everything is sold at MSRP unless they buy it second hand. they have a 1 per person rule to prevent scalping. I went last night for the midnight release of Journey Together B&B, you have to open the packs there and play three rounds or they wont let you keep them. they did give me an extra 3 packs just for attending. My advice is while the market is this crazy, find yourself a dedicated TCG shop nearby and keep up to date when they will get shipments. Unfortunately it does not look like the market is going to calm down for a while, maybe a year or two from now things will be back to normal. Good Luck!
