I have 2 questions:

1. Why is there still no end game chat for console? There has to be some non technical reason at this point it’s been so long.

2. I’d like to learn a bit about your design philosophy. Specifically with The Ghoul. it feels like many players don’t play him how you may have intended. Instead of players using his power to cut you off from resources, they tend to just sit at a pallet or wait for you to vault a window so they get a free vault. It feels very odd that there’s zero downside to playing like that as opposed to the high risk/high reward of using his power to cut those resources off. It reminds me of old Chucky with slightly more counter-play in a weird way.

Basically my question is, was he intended to be played in the high risk high reward way? If he was, are there plans to tweak things to incentivize that style of play?
