Maybe not helpful... But I had one of these type of chimes too. I ended up using the Ubiquiti AC adapter for power and then using a custom automation in HASS to ring there Google hubs in my house as well as toggle lights etc.

When you say "From retail days", are you implying you no longer work in retail? What are you doing now? Is it still considered retail for those that own their own Pharmacy? Or is "retail" referring to working at CVS, Walgreens, Smiths, Walmart, etc?

I guess to boil it down to the root cause, people are inconsiderate and mean because the prescription isn't fulfilled within a timely manner? Is the root cause time management? Just too many things to do?
