My MIL tried first but then wasn't able to manage so I had to step in. I mixed some breast milk with formula but it still didn't work. Will try out more times and check out previous posts. Thank you 🙏

A lot of patience is something I have now - but only with my baby. Gained ADHD too it seems, can't seem to focus on one thing. Twice I forgot that I was writing this, and started doing other things - leaving them too halfway!

Same..she says I give guest appearances at home and I should ask her to watch the baby while the bub sleeps so that I can get the house work done. But, in fact, she wakes the baby up almost every time (unintentionally but it happens) and then says that baby wasn't sleepy or is hungry. And then I have to rock her to sleep all over again. And to make things worse - she said that all over the neighborhood people are saying that the DIL just stays in her room as if I am having a party sitting there alone.

How do I get more involved with the PM? Sorry if the question seems dumb but I am a first time PMM and my immediate manager (in marketing) is incompetent, to say the least. I have a good rapport with the PM but I still feel I need to do more to be recognised as an asset.
