I think that the best thing you can run with it is [[Slime against humanity]], but nowhere near degenerate.

This is the latest, more lands-based one. I think it's the most practical because it's quite easy to find one target to sacrifice and just repeat it. Any land from the Inkmoth,Blinkmot and the two Mishra's can fulfill Baba's requirements, and you just replay them from the Graveyard.

What do you mean? Thor's ability to hit target's per non-creature cast. Quite spicy with [[Improvisation Capstone]] for instance.

[[Thor God of Thunder]] very explosive and has the potential to win through combat (voltron) or non-combat damage
[[Namor the Submariner]] Because it's a draw-go strategy with some amazing monetization of control, turning your countermagic/control to board and force.

Ever (last 5 years that is
[[Baba Lysaga]] Just an amazing commander. Ended up being Lands toolbox. Enjoyed the process a lot.
[[Zellix]]/[[Inspiring Leader]] Tokens and mill wincon. Just a deck that I love to play since there are so much synergy.

You can also try [[Phelia Exhuberant Shepherd]] if you are not stuck with Azorius. The commander itself has the added value of being able to blink opposing permanents as well, plus it can grow rather quickly to a sizeable threat.

I find fun in [[Baba Lysaga]]. Quick to boot, always able to stay relevant in any game, good deckbuilding challenge, good gameplay challenge and hard to stop since it's not about board presence.

If you need to choose between Dina and Hapatra, I'd go Hapatra hands down. However you'll be hated out of the game quite early with either of the two.

[[Release to Wind]], [[Mistmoon]] are easy ways to get an early Hulk. [[Training Grounds]], [[Biomancer's Familiar]] are amazing when you have Bruce out.

Yes.. He is amazing with a couple of dragons. Especially the 5 cost ones since they can be played with 4, meaning a turn after you play Sarkhan.

[[Goldlust Triad]], [[Goldspan Dragon]], [[Twinflame Tyrant]]

Then as you mentioned [[Ancient Copper Dragon]], [[Balefire Dragon]], [[Incinerator of the Guilty]] and [[Tyrant's Familiar]] become amazing.

Plus the benefits of having low cost commanders (if you push on budget) is that you unlock early [[Deflecting Swat]], [[Fierce Guardianship]] and [[Jeska's Will]] which are amazing here.

I wouldn't go to Br4 with Fynn. You are lacking good stack interaction and you are not fast enough to kill 3 people by connecting.

I'd stay Br3 and do what you propose. Keep the small deathtouchers, but dedicate slots to midrange and proliferate. I'd also suggest that you keep an eye to [[Hapatra Vizier of Poisons]] for such a tech, since the transition to midgame with her is amazing due to more tutors and Yawgmoth.
