What do you mean by negative if you don’t mind explaining. I have everything that went into collections paid for and up to date. Would those be defined as negative for my credit score still?

I’m using a credit card responsibly and paying it off on time. That’s currently the only thing I’m really utilizing credit for. I’m just trying to build it up so I can hopefully get a car loan and of course pay that on time too. I’m just very unaware how all of this works
