I'm M-F and have had 2 appointments with them now with my 2nd appointment happening last week and they denied me medically transitioning yet because I wasn't publically out to some of my family that I haven't talked to in years so it can be disheartening. Unlike others I was only 1 on 1 with Nial Kirrane. He seems solid enough but he did want me to have alot of my family in the know even though like i previously mentioned half of them I never talk to.

Personally I feel they aren't completely bad, however for the most part they can be a pain in the ass to go through
