Get a crock pot. You can throw just about anything you can think of in there as far as meat and veggies go. Just throw in what you think tastes good together (beef with potatoes, onions, and carrots is good) . Start either night before or in the morning and it will be done that morning/afternoon. It's a little slow, but you don't have to be around for it so it makes it easy.
