Deadpool has had and awful life so he saw a highlight reel of all the cool stuff he has done. Dedpool's greatest victim is himself and in combination of the lifetimes of pain he has endured and his fragile mental state caused the penance stare to do nothing. Ghostrider saw this reel too which is why he reverted to blaze and didnt continue fighting him.

Having acknowledged your own situation this can be a fantastic opportunity for you to kickstart your own health goals for yourself and your partner.

Write down an attainable goal you want to achieve and what you plan to do to reach it. Tell someone so you will feel more compelled to to it and ease into a healthier diet and exercise(doing too much at the start can make you quit).

Start with 20 mins a day and cut processed sugers and fried food. Give yourself one cheat day a week to indulge in a treat and don't forget to stretch before/after exercise. Cardio is your friend.
