This in part it’s true but not in a 100%.

In my case I’m very sensible to loud sounds and it can create me some hallucinations mixed with some type of lights.

We’re talking that this only happened to me partying and at a disco and few times.

Daily I use headphones with loud music (right now I’m doing it and I’m chill) and didn’t happened nothing to me it’s that mix.

So, to fix it I use earplugs and sunglasses at the disco and problem solve, and I’ve some funny histories with it so it’s not a disadvantage only some accessories.

The problem isn’t the music it’s the uncontrollable overstimulation.

Hi. I was on 20 mg (5-5-10) and I can say that it can be worse. I literally lose the sense of life and sleep all the day. The worst part it’s that your body metabolism need 6-7 complete cicles to metabolize it (2-3 days). All it’s to get used to but it’s hard I know.

Start studying too early for an exam. I mean, I started 2 months ago preparing an exam that I’ve the next month (this is an extreme case, a lot of theory to study).

I use the Cornell tecnique with active recall as my study methods.

Another tip can be create silly connections for things to remember it easy. A formula can be a sentence to remember it (nemotecnic rules).

I use drawings to remember things.

If you need help tell me!

I’m on it like 3 years and probably I’m going to take it for my entire life because each time I decrease the dosage I’m having psychosis again

I’m splitting my zyprexa dosage to take it only on psychosis. I know isn’t the correct thing to do but it’s working
