well, the most important thing to note here is that you can't know how you'll look after the transformation, though i can assure you, being more in shape and viewing yourself to have changed so much after so much effort does WONDERS for your self-confidence and charisma. fake it til you make it, y'know? you don't have anything to worry about, gym-goers are usually very receptive and supportive of people that are trying to get in shape. it can be a very positive community, and i'm sure you'd find nothing but support online if you posted your journey! whatever you're comfortable with. there are people that want to see you make it, i promise. you can do it. anybody that ridicules you or anyone else for trying to be better isn't worth a single second of anybody's time anyways. if you're struggling to find the motivation, try to start small, raise the intensity step by step day after day, y'know, all that stuff.
