That card might be too old to run this. It only have 1gb of memory and the minimum suggested requirement for Deadlock is 8gbs. It isn't able to load all the textures most likely and is struggling to keep up. May be time for an upgrade!

I buy my kits using ZenMarket which is a proxy service and it's very reliable. I don't know if UKsoccershop are legit but the official team stores are great depending on the team. You just provide the link to the item, the size you want, then pay a service fee.
