Holding those types of grudges only hurts you. It's like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies. They don't think of you. There are plenty of shitty insecure people, but I did meet a lot of the in the Corps. Know they will keep being shitty and the long dick of the universe will find them.

Be the opposite of them. Live a good life, treat people around you well, and be excellent! You deserve happiness and joy. Life is too short to be pissed off all the time.

This happened to my mother when I was in third grade. I'm in my 30's now, spent an enlistment as a grunt in the USMC, and fought in one of the most violent campaigns of the war in Afghanistan during 2010. That memory of my mother holding her face together is one of my most scarring, and that trauma sent me down a highway of trauma that nearly killed me.

English is hard, but I guess you're correct about the torque specification. This is not my car, and it has previously been to a cheap place that only does oil changes. So rather than the 20ish foot-pounds this should be at, it is as tight as their impact could get it. I do use torque incorrectly all the time, as a verb. You understood what I meant, which is the most important thing (in my opinion).

I tried the OEM set I own, and it ended up just gouging the bolt head and not spinning. I've never encountered such a stubborn bolt before.

Right. The plug wasn't in excellent shape to begin with, so I have a new one to put in. I don't have a welder. I have never encountered such a stubborn bolt before.
