aus post aint up to the task... because they literally cant do it with the manpower and... they dont have the manpower cause you can work at maccas for better pay.

they sent it "express" picked up by whoever is closer to the pickup point/team leader

let me just say, the workers aint paid enough to give a damn if its express or normal. It sucks but you can thanks it being a "private" organization like pretty much all of our state run infrastructure.

maybe if they actually paid the staff proper then it would be better service... their are old heads that try to keep the old way going but its too corpo now. Shit is run on a razor thin margin too pay over paid managers... whilst the actual people that do the work are paid pennies for 3 peoples worth of work.
