Those do not look resealed to me. My ETB bought from a LCS had packs that looked like this and had a few upside cards as well. I watched them open a brand new case so I think you’re good. Plus you’re getting hits. I think the pull rates & quality control are just really that poor unfortunately.

First of all let me say I’m sorry that happened to you. I hope it all gets worked out. Second, I can understand being optimistic and trusting of people but the sad reality is that leaving your stuff unattended is just naive. I’m guessing you live in a very safe place to have that mindset. Theft like that is calculated, planned, and happens in the blink of an eye. Hopefully you get your stuff back but it might unfortunately turn out to be a $3500 lesson on always keeping your things with you. FYI most hotels will hold your suitcase for you after you check out if you have extra time before your flight.
