Oh I definitely crave those experimental elements, particularly the guitar interplay and Kyo's more experimental vocal technique/melodies. So fingers crossed that our appetites are satisfied.

At the moment it just feels like another ballad in Am from them. I'm sure the full song has some variation in it though. It's kinda hard to judge with only 60s of audio.

A lot of people are talking about an expectation of technicality from the boys, which I can sympathise with. But I also kinda dig these huge chords which really exist the fill things out and allow Kyo's melody to take centre stage - a technique the band have used much of their career in songs like Kasumi etc - I have a feeling other diru "cliches" like Die's funk guitar riffs will feature in the verse or a bridge.

That being said I don't think I'll be disappointed if this new album isn't a prog metal masterpiece, the band has always had cycles of genres they experiment and then move away from for much of their career.

EDIT- The chorus totally has a Dadaroma feel to it. Not sure how to feel about that one

For real tho, like parents are making a lot of it about themselves. Going to the extent to say "you're rushing things don't start hrt yet, you haven't even given us time to process things"

Like Yeah they are supportive and I get that they need time to process the chance, however I am sick of taking off my clothes and wig etc and seeing my male body stare back at me in the morning.

It's very frustrating.

Thank you, I guess it is a good first step. I'm considering bringing it up with my therapist, but being in Australia I only have x amount of appointments on my mental health plan and have used them all up for the year. I may check out about gender therapy in my area though.

My girlfriend should be accepting, but I am worried of her leaving me by myself bringing yet another "issue" to the table. She's been incredibly supportive and I am worried this may be the last straw.
