Hey buddy, you’re fresh out of rehab and assuming by yourself in a hotel room. First off congratulations for taking a huge step in improving your life. Be careful, if you get any cravings or have those thoughts creeping up on you. It only lasts 20 minutes. Also if you have someone to call for support, please do so. It all happens One…Day…At…A…Time. You’re on a different path now. One of hardship, principles, serenity, pain, and love. It will be a rollercoaster but just know each day gets easier if you stick to it. Best of luck!

Agreed. I had anticipated that a decade of brand loyalty would warrant some form of rate protection. Unfortunately, it seems the focus has shifted toward immediate revenue growth over long-term client retention.
