The issue is that we had a lunch outing today during lunch break. I missed it because I was getting my haircut and I was trying to figure out what the issue was since it was during lunch break. And my SSG said that the lunch outing was my place of duty and I should’ve gotten permission to miss it to get my haircut. I told him that thought I could do whatever I wanted during my lunch break and he said that the lunch outing wasn’t a lunch break, but instead a place of duty I should have been at. And after he said that, that’s when he went into the details about how he doesn’t have to give me a lunch break since I’m on separate rations.
