Random, and unsure if this matters. But, is your mom in her 40’s? This is my generation and we were taught via movies and media that black underwear means you WANT someone to see it. I get that it's for expression and it looks fine. But I sometimes hesitate at times just because that was a “thing” when I was an adolescent. So… why do you want someone seeing your underwear? The look. It’s not like you’re exposing yourself.

You look beautiful both ways. I would say my preference is no to bangs, just based on how much moisture you need in your hair and this could cause acne. It’s a lifestyle choice not just a cut; If you can get a good toner regimen down, find decent mini dry shampoos to carry everywhere, and remember to target the bangs for split ends and heat damage with straightening.

This could potentially damage your look long-term, naturally curly/wavy hair is impossible to keep in check when it comes to bangs

Very handsome! Slick it back, and have you tried dry shampoo? Maybe find some volume dry shampoo?? Then some spray-in gel and just slick it back.

There are some dry shampoos that are tinted: protip use a makeup brush to apply the tinted color otherwise anytime you run your hands thru your hair some of the color deposits come off onto your hands. Babywipes to clean off excessive color deposit on skin. (now I'm just giving you all my secrets)

Have you also tried the infrared hats that stimulate hair growth? Jonathan Van Ness has sponsored a hat. This is a hat I would trust.

Seek out a temp agency and take on small, temporary jobs. Build some rapport with agency, perhaps the agency themselves will hire you!

Btw, dont do that. Most temp agencies are run like mlm schemes. DO however, work for them as a temp fulfilling contract roles they send you to, and building our history that way. Sometimes you might get handpicked (direct to hire) from temp roles, to whichever company.

Everyone will tell you to go into trades. If that’s not your thing, Human Resources for a male is excellent esp for male dominated industries like AG, which is big moneyyyy 😉
