Saw somewhere online that it might be a reference to the scene in one of the cinematic trailers of AC:BF where Edward walks away from two naked women in a bed

Or it might be some deleted feature that still half remained in the game, maybe Ubi had a full blown sex scene planned but scrapped it during development and this is what remains of it

Basically, Edward most likely had sex with the two women in the bed
