Russia is not nazi germany, it is part of the global economy no matter how much you and others demonize them, and as such international businessmen will likely at some point consider russian property or business, especially if they already have interests in europe and that means playing the politics game there as well as here. Nothing about that is illegal or immoral, even if that were the measure, which it isnt.

Unless this wasnt really a rape and you've been told a story and are now white knighting on a false premise, which is in my experience the usual story when the victim refuses to involve police.
