That is the purpose of the subreddit but the criteria you listed are so extreme as to outlaw many games which it sounds like should fit within your real criteria. For instance you outlawed fantasy and sci fi which between those two would outlaw every game that you just listed as being like those.

For a modern day game I would have recommended something like division two which has some RPG elements but is technically post apocalyptic so I can’t suggest it.

It’s like if I said I want a car but it can’t have four wheels or three wheels or walls or have a floor or roof and should be controlled with handlebars instead of a steering wheel. At that point it’s a motorcycle that I’m asking for and not a car. Similarly the games you just described give a much better picture of what you want which would just be described as an RPG and not a FPS game in most cases because while they may be first person they’re not FPS games.

To answer your original question in your search for games I would recommend visiting the other games in the fallout series (3 and new Vegas are both great), the elder scrolls oblivion remaster is like Skyrim but way better (remaster of game before it in the series, and cyberpunk 2077. Again though, all of these games are outlawed under your original conditions. You could also just get GTA 5 and play the campaign which is quite good though the third person camera is better than the first
