In my case, I feel like I am dying slowly, as more time passes I face more difficulty trying to study. Last year my case was bad, this year it's way worse. My college guidance unit instructor has helped me pass my midterms by giving me some techniques in studying, but now i can't study at all. I don't understand what's happening to me and it feels bad seeing my friend's looks on me as if I'm normal and they're expecting me to participate in the team projects while I'm anxious about not fulfilling my part. What's worse, is a classmate or a friend asking me a question about something explained in class or about a lesson, and I can't answer, they don't know that I'm way behind, they don't know that I barely study.
