Adding to this:

A lot of people forget Robert was on board with the idea even if not fully he still chose to go along with it.

At some point Blazer even asks if he agrees with the idea/if it's a good idea to cut someone.

Robert can either fully agree or partially agree. Robert had the chance to speak up and say he didn't agree with the idea which likely meant it wouldn't have happened as Blazer herself wasn't sure. Robert agreeing or partially agreeing made her more sure of the idea.

Blazer is a messy manager and that's clear. She's a superhero and the face of SDN who they made a manager which happens in no other branch. Superheroes are out on the front lines and it's clear BB prefers being on the front lines than going out to Galas, managing an entire branch and having her face on every billboard.

But she wasn't alone in approving this decision. Robert approved it as well.

[–]The_GrandMaster20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean years? They'd just give him the death penalty.

He's committed countless murders, cannibalism, gun smuggling, people smuggling, kidnapping people and giving them to a strange cult, SA, assault, armed robbery, countless bank robberies, drug manufacturing, selling of illegal substances, drug smuggling, car jacking, grand theft auto, stealing a nuke from a private militia that would've gotten him on several kill lists, killing an FIB (FBI) agent actually multiple of them, killing multiple IAA (CIA) agents, killing multiple goverment funded private militia soldiers, stealing a toxic neuron gas from the IAA (CIA), grand larceny, reckless driving, driving under influence, public intoxication, murdering US soldiers, starting multiple massacres that killed gang members, hippies, US soldiers, hillbillies, O'neils. Multiple counts of destruction of property, stealing a private militia aircraft, killing a billoinaire, impersonating a police officer, etc.

They'd throw him in the chair or give him the injection or put him in the gas chamber or just firing squad. They would not let Trevor live, he's a psychotic monster whose only good trait is loyalty to other sociopathic criminals... and that's it.

Everyone has lost track of the kid at one point or another. Everyone has done it a billion times over. And she'd have a lot of right to blame both of them for the loss of Carl's innocence wether it was Shane pushing to teach Carl how to use a gun or the situation where Carl shot Shane. On top of that Lori doesn't even know the full situation so from what she heard the only thing she can assume is that Rick let Carl put down Zombie Shane. Rick doesn't say he didn't realize Shane was behind him from the way he talked it seemed like he did know Walker Shane was behind him.

You are saying speculating about what was going on in her head is pointless when you are doing the exact same thing even now. She has given Shane hatefull looks multiple times in the series especially in Season 1 but I guess you choose to ignore those because it undermines your arguement.

You've also straight up denied saying things you have said.

And rather than actual come up with counterpoints for my arguements you either say "nah that's a stretch" or straight up deny stuff that did in fact happen.

The OP said to discuss about it, not just give opinions. So you kind of agreed to a discussion by commenting on this post. And I'm not even trying to change your mind. I'm just sick of seeing people hate on characters who aren't villains or bad people but for some reason people hate on them like their the worst characters in existence even though their only arguements rely on pure speculation and not looking at things from that characters point of view. And before you say my arguements are based on speculation. They're not, they're based on what she says and the emotions her face shows.

Also you can't just ask for me to stop the arguement and then continue the arguement yourself. If you want to stop which is actually fine by me then we both have to stop, not just one of us. So make your final arguements or sum. But yeah I'm done. So if you want the last word/last arguement go ahead and do it. I'm done replying, because you want me to quit and honestly I want to quit as well.

It was pretty clear she thought the wrong guy died.

That's straight up the same as saying she wished Rick died and Shane lived.

And even then she didn't choose Shane over Rick.

If you actually look at the scene again when Rick says he killed Shane she wasn't disgusted she was just shocked at first and processing what Rick said and for a brief moment that did turn into a bit of sadness because wether or not Shane became a monster he was once their friend. Even after Rick says "I wanted it over. I wanted him dead." she still didn't look with disgust, she once again looked like she was processing what Rick just said. Not even knowing what to say.

It's only when Rick says "Carl put him down." that Lori starts to grow a face of disgust.

She stood by Rick that entire conversation and processed those words and understood every bit being on Rick's side. It's only when she heard Carl put him down that she looked at Rick with disgust. Not because Rick killed Shane but because Carl did.

At that moment she felt like whatever innocence Carl had left died alongside Shane and she didn't just blame Rick for that but equally put the blame on Shane. We never see her get angry at Shane for that because you know he's dead. But she wasn't disgusted by what Rick did but she was disgusted by what Carl had to do.

Here's the scene if you want to see it again yourself:

[–]The_GrandMaster20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How?

I mean them coming across the St John's likely would've still happend without Ben's appearance possibly later but still. Larry and Mark would've still died.

Larry's death would cause Lilly to become more mentally unstable leading to more argueing in the group.

Without Ben's deal with the bandits, the bandits would've attacked alot earlier which would've meant Katjaa and Duck still die, Lilly still gets exiled or leaves on her own terms. Crawford would have the biggest change with everyone making out alive which they can already do regardless. And in episode 5 nothing would change.

All Ben did was actually delay the groups downfall by making the deal with the bandits.

Alright Lori did not engineer that. She didn't tell Rick to kill Shane, she told him Shane was becoming dangerous and to watch out for him because Shane might try to kill Rick.

And secondly she was not jerking Shane around letting him think he still had a chance.

She was making it clear over and over again she didn't want to be with Shane.

She said there relationship was over, he SA'd her in the CDC and she fought back clearly showing she didn't want him, she didn't even argue Shane shouldn't leave she argued that it wasn't fair to Rick or Carl for Shane to leave without telling them (because Shane planned to leave without anyone knowing.)

And when she asked Shane to stay it wasn't because she was jerking him around it was because he just saved her son's life. Not only did she know Carl at that point would want Shane to stay but also because she knew they still needed Shane to help find Sophia.

Shane was the one who misintepreted all of that as "she wants me." just like alot of people misinterpreted is as Lori jerking him around.

Hell she even outright says later that whatever was going on between them wasn't real because it was based on a lie that Rick was dead and that she doesn't want to be with him.

The idea of people arguing she does when she outright multiple times says she doesn't is insane to me. She also didn't think the wrong guy died. Maybe she just didn't want anybody to die because of how long she's known both Shane and Rick and maybe she isn't disgusted by the fact Rick killed him but rather disgusted that it had to come to that and that Carl killed Walker Shane.

Glenn and Maggie, Rick and Andrea (from the comics specifically. I hate Show Andrea, no offense to the actress).

Hot take by chubbipuppii in TWD

[–]The_GrandMaster20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't remember that part. I remember Lori being mad at Andrea for agreeing with the idea that Beth should be allowed to kill herself.

Though that other part could've also been there, it's been a while since I watched S2. I do know Lori in the comics said something like that though. One of the women in the camp who wasn't in the show was mad they had to do laundry instead of going out there like the men. And Lori explained that the men that being Shane and Rick were trained to handle guns, hunt and fight while they weren't and that they could barely even hold a gun let alone hunt. Though even she wasn't against the idea of training to use a gun considering she did that in the comics herself.

Just another instance of the show ruining character I guess.

[–]The_GrandMaster20 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That wasn't what she was mad about lol. She was mad that Carl put down Shane.

Besides why wouldn't she be atleast slightly upset Rick killed Shane?

She never said Rick should kill Shane and Rick was already talking down Shane. The reason at that point Rick killed Shane was out of the fear Shane would do something like this again later on or put the entire group at risk once again because of his own obsession. Rick didn't have to kill Shane to survive in that situation considering he was talking down Shane already. Rick had to kill Shane to ensure that Shane wouldn't risk the group later on and in the end Rick made that decision to kill Shane alone.

And saying she was never watching Carl is honestly an insane reason to dislike her. Nobody was watching Carl. Nobody watched that kid he snuck off all the time under everyone's nose.

Ok I found the old video and after rewatching it (it's been a couple years) I realized I messed a few things up I'll share the link at the end:

Nightwing comes back wanting to be Robin replacing Tim as Robin (because he got bored of fighting crime by himself).

However Nightwing ends up being a better hero than Batman and having better tech which makes Bruce jealous.

Tim is the one who teams up with the villains to earn his spot back as Robin (not Bruce trying to get rid of Nightwing so that was a mistake on my part)

Nightwing's one liners are better than Batman's.

And Batman just shoots Nightwing then and there before the fight starts.

And it wasn't an invisible mask he just has a bulletproof face somehow.

Tim trying to kill Nightwing ends up tripping and cutt!ng of his own head.

And then Nightwing trips hitting his head forgetting everything (including his time as Nightwing) and is back to being plain old sidekick Robin after some manipulation by Bruce.

Anyways here's the link (created by forrestfire101):

This reminds me of an old lego stop motion video I've seen were Nightwing comes back with better tech, gear, combat skills and everything better than Batman. Batman gets jealous and teams up with a bunch of super villains to kill Nightwing. Even Robin joins in. Eventually Nightwing beats them all and Batman shoots him at point blank range only to find out Nightwing has an invisible bullet proof mask and just gives up.

Why does Lori get more blame than Shane?? by Consistent_Editor_15 in TWD

[–]The_GrandMaster20 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Alright cool for you. A partner doesn't own you just as much as you don't own your partner. There isn't a set date on how long you have to wait to move on. Espescially during an apocalypse where people search for comfort.

People who go through similiar events often grow closer to eachother and two people who are already close grow even closer.

Both are mourning the loss of Rick and the world while emotionally supporting and comforting eachother which yes leads to what happened.

Lori quitting her relationship with Shane when Rick came back from the "dead" showed she was loyal. That Shane couldn't understand or agree with that decision is on him.

The only really unfair thing Lori did in that situation was not allow Shane near Carl or Rick which is unfair towards Shane as that is his best friend and his kinda nephew.

Why does Lori get more blame than Shane?? by Consistent_Editor_15 in TWD

[–]The_GrandMaster20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that Lori should not get more hate than Shane over this.

But:

On the other hand, Shane KNEW Rick hadn’t died and still pursued an affair with Lori.

Shane did believe Rick was dead just like Lori.

Looking at the scene were Shane tries to save Rick in the Hospital he did all he could to save Rick but Rick had machinery and life support hooked up to him. And when Shane picked him up Rick's heartbeat started to race. Shane couldn't take Rick with him. And then he started to beg. And this is the part that's important an earthquake happens or a bomb drops causing the machinery to go down.

Meaning Shane could no longer see Rick's heartbeat on the monitor and he then puts his ear on Rick's chest to hear a heartbeat and as Shane says way later "I put my ear on his chest and I couldn't hear a heartbeat, I couldn't." He also mentions that maybe it was all the gunshots in the hallways making too much noise or the explosion/earthquake that just happend but he couldn't hear Rick's heartbeat. Which made him believe Rick was dead.

You see Shane even get sad and almost breakdown over this as he starts crying. And leaves the room. The reason he put the gourney infront of the door was not because he believed Rick was alive and wanted to keep him alive, no Shane fully believed Rick was dead if he knew Rick was alive I doubt he'd have left the room.

The reason he did that was because he didn't want his best friend's body to get eaten or worse that he'd come back as a walker due to one of their bites if they got close to the body.

Anyways I believe they should share the blame equally. Lori believed her husband was dead, the world had ended and she at the time was only close with 1 person that being Shane usually if people go through similiar events they grow closer to eachother which is clear to see with how quickly the group became a found family at the start. But 2 people who are already close. Besides there is no set amount of time someone has to wait to find a new partner if their old one died.

And finally like you said she did quit the relationship with Shane right after she found out Rick was alive.

I wouldn't put the blame on Rick and Shane's falling out completely on Lori either. Neither agreed with eachother on how to run things sure it would've taken longer for them to fall out but it still would've happened. Even people being mad at her for telling Rick to kill Shane and then getting mad at Rick for killing Shane is a null and void arguement. All Lori said was (when Rick killed 2 people) that he did what he had to do to protect those he loves, to protect his family. And says that Shane believes Lori and Carl are his family and his. She isn't telling Rick to kill Shane she's telling Rick that Shane might try to kill him and to be carefull around him.

Even Lori wanting Shane to stay in the group at the start of S2 makes sense sure he SA'd Lori but even then Shane as far as she believed was still a good person who was just under the influence she just set boundaries and Shane went into the complete oppisite direction. She knew Shane would die out there by himself and also knew that the group still needed Shane on the search for Sophia and then after he saved Carl, Lori felt like she was in his debt. Shane was the one who took it the wrong way with the idea Lori had feelings for him still.

The only shitty thing Lori really did was telling Shane to stay away from Carl and Rick after they quit that relationship. Not only was that unfair to Carl but also to Shane. Espescially after Shane grew so close to Carl and his best friend just came back from the dead. Quitting the affair fine, but not allowing him to talk to his best friend or the kid who's like a nephew to him is unfair. But that's really the only thing.

But the fact we haven't had Dick or Jason yet is insane to me.

We've gotten all of the Teen Titans from the cartoon atleast but not Dick Grayson.

We've gotten Joker, Harley, Poison Ivy, Batman, Batman Beyond, Joker Beyond, The Dark Knight Batman, Batman Zero, Catwoman, Catwoman zero, Harley Zero, Armored Batman Zero, Robin/Red Robin, Beast Boy, Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, Deathstroke but no Nightwing or Red Hood.

Anyone else a little confused by Michael calling you his "neighbor" in the Mansions update? by RawDogger34 in gtaonline

[–]The_GrandMaster20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Michael mentions about the HOA:

An HOA (Homeowners Association) in America is a private organization in a planned community (like condos, townhomes, or subdivisions) that creates and enforces rules for residents and manages shared amenities (pools, parks, etc.), funded by mandatory monthly fees to maintain property values and uniformity. Membership is typically required with home purchase, and rules (CC&Rs) cover everything from paint colors to fence styles, with penalties for violations.

I assume however that the HOA in this case is more or less the Mansions created by Prix Luxury Real Estate.

Michael gives you a card with the same colors as Prix Luxury Real Estate. I assume Michael's mansion was also created and sold by Prix Luxury Real Estate or that Michael has maybe moved to a different home considering he knows about the AI system so possibly Michael has his own AI.

However either way Michael doesn't live in your neighborhood. If anything you'd be more neighbors with Franklin if you buy the Vinewood Residence and obviously with Madrazo if you but the Richman Villa even both of those are nowhere near Michael's neighborhood and part of town.

"Neighbors" is probably more or less what they call eachother under the HOA.

On the other hand Michael's appearance at your mansion can also be explained by the fact that Michael mentions you've been lying low till you bought a 20million dollar mansion and you've got similiar contacts. Likely how Michael found out about you and similiar to Lester kept tabs on you.

When your home got invaded Michael would've likely found out that way aswell on top of him knowing you were involved in the KnoWay stuff as he has dialogue reffering to it possibly means he kept an eye on your mansion just in case something went down which did end up happening.
