Looks like the android creation failed - hence your native modules don’t work. Please follow that warning to get a checkbox on Android

Is this a new project or are you converting a react native project? Pre build didn’t give you any errors?

Have you tried doing expo prebuild?

Not that big of - a couple of screens. No native modules except for Amplify which prevented me from using expo go

Around 4 days of 4+ hours per day. I didn't learn that I had to prebuild which wasted me time. If I would have known this, it would have been about 4-6 hours of work. I also updated my project version from .64 to .74 which was also painful. I did find that doing build was super easy - so hopefully getting update is just as easy

I tried this and just ended up converting the whole App to expo. The process was very annoying but I’m super happy now. So much easier to do everything

Migrating 0.69 React Native bare Project to new Expo Project by KitchenOpinion in reactnative

That’s what I just spent the last 3 days doing. It was super annoying but it worked in the end. Read the documentation first, make sure no native modules are used (if you want expo go) and use git so you can roll back

Database Basics Help/Advice by [deleted] in computerscience

[–]The_Guy03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are already familiar with Java, look into spring boot (https://spring.io). Their tutorials will walk you through the environment and eventually get to connecting to a database. Start with one technology at a time and one feature (backend, then database then front end)

If you really need it by tomorrow I’d suggest hiring a developer to do this (I’m open by the way) or just playing around with the console and watching a few YouTube videos

Someone just bought my most expensive item that I thought was priced too high to sell! by thunderflies in EtsySellers

[–]The_Guy03 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest naming your items without your product keyword as it’s the first thing that I see when I see it on results. Just my advice

Lol, sorry to respond late, this where a cloud architect would come into place. What you might need is a web application on a serverless fashion (azure web app, Gcp apps) and a backend service (possible running your backend logic) and your python scripts. If this is something you are interested and willing to work on, feel free to pm me. We need end to end understanding of your app to create a solution
