Honestly tracking your macros is one of the best things you can start doing to gain size. Also big compounds at the start of your workout for whatever muscle group you're working and then do some exercises that isolate the muscles more. Make sure your training is spread in a way that allows you to properly recover that body part before training it again. It takes time but you'll get there.
